Insurance & Financial

Please bring your insurance booklet with you for your first dental appointment. Notify the receptionist if your insurance coverage has changed since your last appointment.

We ask that all treatment be paid for at the time of service. We accept cash, personal cheque, debit card, VISA and MasterCard. Financial arrangements are available upon request and our receptionist will be happy to discuss all options with you.

Our office will submit your insurance claim for you and your insurance company will reimburse you directly. If a problem with your insurance arises, we ask that you call the insurance company directly, as dental insurance is a contract between you, your employer and your insurance company.

We will provide you with a written treatment plan for major dental treatment and if you have insurance coverage, a pre-determination will be sent to your insurance company. Prior to proceeding with any major dental treatment, one of our staff will call you to discuss fees and financial arrangements.
